Welcome to The Profit Syndicate ("we," "us," "our," or "the Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise accessing our platform at theprofitsyndicate.co, you ("Member," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Profit Syndicate is a private membership community providing trading education, market analysis, chat-based signals, and access to a private Discord server. The Service is intended for adults aged 18+ only. Signals, analysis, and any content shared are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Memberships are sold on a monthly recurring basis at the price displayed at checkout.
• By subscribing, you authorize us (via our payment processor Stripe) to charge your payment method automatically each month until you cancel.
• You may cancel anytime from your Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you retain access until then.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

3. Member Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute any signals, content, or Discord access
• Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy proprietary content
• Impersonate other members or our staff

Violation may result in immediate termination of your account and Discord access without refund.

4. No Financial Advice - Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The Profit Syndicate is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All content is for educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes. See our Risk Disclosure.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, signals, courses, and software on the platform are our exclusive property or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own private use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The Profit Syndicate is established. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer based in the EU/UK, your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
