• Account info: Name, email, hashed password
• Payment info: Card details are processed and stored by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We retain only a customer ID, subscription ID, and last-4 digits.
• Usage data: Login timestamps, subscription history, IP address (for fraud prevention)
• Communications: Emails you send us

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the Service (deliver signals, grant Discord access)
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, cancellation confirmations)
• Detect fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Third Parties We Share Data With

We only share the minimum necessary data with these processors:

• Stripe - payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Resend - transactional email delivery
• Discord - community access (we share only the invite link; Discord manages its own data)
• Hosting (MongoDB / Emergent) - infrastructure

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies (e.g., authentication session cookies) to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Data Retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account closure
• Payment records: retained for 7 years to comply with tax / accounting laws
• Email logs: retained for 12 months

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you're in the EU, UK, or California you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")

We use industry-standard security measures: passwords are bcrypt-hashed, all traffic is HTTPS-encrypted, payments are PCI-DSS compliant via Stripe. No system is 100% secure - we cannot guarantee absolute protection from breaches.

8. Children

Our Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
